90-Day Money-Back Window

You have 90 days from the delivery date to decide if the bed is right for your dog. If it isn't, we'll issue a refund.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the bed and its removable cover should be in the same condition you received them — free of damage, odors, or excessive wear beyond normal use. We understand dogs will be dogs, so reasonable signs of use are expected and accepted; this requirement exists mainly to catch items returned in materially different condition than shipped.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info.dockpaws@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with your return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping in full.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Since every bed is handmade to order, you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before production begins. Once your bed has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled, but it remains covered by our standard 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee after delivery.
